LLM Feature Mapping

Here, we display an extensive framework detailing how 45 Large Language Models (LLMs) map across 32 baseline features under 10 categories. This framework provides insight into the similarities and differences across LLM parameters and characteristics. We do not assess functionality or benchmarks in this project and provide this framework as a quick glance reference piece. It is placed to help users identify important parameters and characteristics of LLMs to aid decision-making about which models to test and validate for their own work.
