Talquetamab with daratumumab with or without pomalidomide for treating relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma

Talquetamab in combination with daratumumab or with daratumumab and pomalidomide is being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) in patients who have previously received at least one line of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor (PI) and lenalidomide. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a type of blood cancer that affects plasma cells in the bone marrow. Symptoms include bone pain, kidney damage, and a weakened immune system. Patients with RRMM often experience disease progression, highlighting the need for new treatment options with different mechanisms of action.
