Rocatinlimab for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adults and adolescents

Rocatinlimab is currently in development for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adults and adolescents. Atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema, is a condition that causes dry, itchy and inflamed skin. It is common in young children but can occur at any age. Atopic dermatitis is long lasting and tends to flare sometimes with periods of symptoms being worse than others. In more severe cases, atopic dermatitis can cause widespread red, inflamed skin all over the body and constant itching. Additionally, people with atopic dermatitis are at risk of developing food allergies, hay fever and asthma. There is currently no cure for atopic dermatitis.
