Mosunetuzumab with lenalidomide for treating follicular lymphoma after at least one therapy

Mosunetuzumab in combination with lenalidomide is in development for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) who have received at least one line of prior systemic therapy. FL is a slow-growing blood cancer that affects white blood cells. In FL, the affected white blood cells multiply abnormally and collect in certain parts of the body. Relapsed cancer is where it has returned after a period of improvement. Refractory cancer is where it doesn’t respond well to treatments. The most common symptoms of FL include lumps in the neck, underarms or groin, frequent infections and fatigue. It is common for FL to relapse or be refractory, so several different treatments may be required over the course of someone’s life.
