Domvanalimab with zimberelimab for previously untreated, unresectable, locally advanced unresectable, or metastatic upper gastrointestinal tract cancer

Domvanalimab with zimberelimab is in development for previously untreated, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic upper gastrointestinal tract cancer. Upper gastrointestinal tract
cancer includes cancer in the stomach (gastric cancer) or the oesophagus, the long tube that carries food from the mouth to the stomach (oesophageal cancer). More rarely, it can happen where the oesophagus joins the stomach (gastroesophageal junction cancer). Metastatic cancer is cancer that has spread to at least one other part of the body. Locally advanced cancer is cancer that has grown into the surrounding tissues of the affected organ. Symptoms of upper gastrointestinal tract cancer include: heartburn or acid reflux, symptoms of indigestion, having problems swallowing, weight loss, tiredness, and pain at the top of the tummy, middle of the chest, or throat.
