Assessing the Feasibility of Netnography in Understanding the Unmet Needs of Individuals with Severe Health Conditions
Unmet needs associated with severe conditions arise in various contexts, from individuals being unaware of their condition due to insufficient screening to challenges in accessing appropriate care due to systemic barriers such as service availability, cost, and quality issues. While traditional metrics assessing unmet needs for specific health services or conditions are valuable, they often do not prioritise these unmet needs, which lack a universally accepted definition and remain difficult to measure.
