Dr Fiona Beyer is the Information lead at the NIHR Innovation Observatory and Evidence Synthesis Group, based at Newcastle University. Fiona is an information specialist by background with long experience in carrying out systematic reviews, having worked for both the Cochrane Collaboration and for the Centre for Reviews and Dissemination before Newcastle University.
She is interested in novel evidence synthesis and information retrieval methods, and in ensuring that the work of the Innovation Observatory and Evidence Synthesis Group is underpinned by robust, transparent and well-reported methods.
